Yes — print as many copies as you need for your personal use. The toolkit is designed to be reprinted regularly. Just don't share or resell the file.
Because this is a digital product that's delivered instantly, we generally don't offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.
However, if something went wrong — you were charged but never received the file, or there's a technical issue — email us and we'll make it right. We're reasonable people.
The toolkit is a PDF file. It's designed for A4 paper on a standard home printer. You can also use it digitally on a tablet with a PDF annotation app (GoodNotes, Notability, etc.).
