1. About BrainGlue

BrainGlue (brainglue.com.au) is an Australian digital product business selling downloadable tools for adults with ADHD. By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital products

All products sold on BrainGlue are digital downloads (PDF files). Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to download your purchased file. Download links are valid for 72 hours from the time of purchase. If your link expires, contact us and we will issue a new one.

You are purchasing a licence for personal use. You may print the file as many times as you need for your own use.

3. Licence and permitted use

BrainGlue grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased digital products for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not: share, resell, redistribute, sublicence, or publicly display the files; use them for commercial purposes; or remove copyright notices.

4. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

Exceptions apply where: you were charged but did not receive the product; there is a technical defect with the file; or Australian Consumer Law requires us to provide a remedy. If any of these apply, contact support@brainglue.com.au.

5. Not medical advice

BrainGlue products are for personal productivity and self-organisation purposes only. Nothing in our products constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you have concerns about your health or mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, BrainGlue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our products have a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of any other terms here.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
